This drink is a common refreshment and is typically made at home in large batches.Aguardiente is a national liqueur that is derived from sugarcane and anise seeds. It has an average alcohol content of 29 and is typically consumed inland since Colombians living on the coast prefer rum.Colombiana is a soda drink made of tamarind (a bushy tree which produces fruit).Lulada is made from the local fruit of Cali (lulo) and is mixed with water, sugar and ice cubes. It is also sometimes served with a shot of vodka.Salpicon is a mixture of chopped fruit combined with either soda or orange juice.
